KERO private label
I designed the Private Label Packaging Layout Guidelines for the brand Kero, SKU roll out and talent management. The project was developed for Kero Supermarkets in Angola and incorporated African folklore graphic elements into packaging’s structure design – enhancing brand identity and appeal by drawing on rich cultural heritage and visual storytelling.
Using African folklore elements offered a diverse palette of motifs and patterns, that helped making the products look local, and stand out on the shelf. These distinctive designs helped creating a unique and recognizable visual identity that differentiates the product from competitors, especially because it uses variations of green.
The end result intended to appeal to consumers who value heritage and cultural diversity, enhancing the perceived value of the product.
